    Apparently if you go to this Chili's on a Sunday evening, you will have to wait for 5 minutes to be greeted. Then, if you decide to eat at the bar as suggested by the host, you get to hear the bartender say, "Oh my God, I am overworked!" before we even sit down. Keep in mind that there were about 6 people at the bar. So my husband and I left, taking our money and tip with us. Far be it from me to overwork someone (even though I am fairly certain that he was barely working).

    This place was absolute trash. One waiter working during peak hours, sitting for 20 minutes before getting to order drinks, 20 more minutes to get those drinks, and then nearly an hour before our food came out. I ordered a steak cooked medium, it came out well done. There would have been no point sending it back, we'd been waiting for nearly 2 hours by this point. Just stay away from this place.

    Cheese fries weren't the best. They were dry and just didn't taste fresh like it has been sitting. Was talked into a $7.99 dollar drink for its "best value" and it was straight syrup and liquor, plus it didn't get us tipsy like the waiter made it sound.

    I like this Chili's at Opry Mills. There's a nice bar that overlooks the food court. They also have a patio. Be sure to get the chili and some chips!

    Host said that we could sit at the bar top so we did then he comes and tells us that we have to move because he meant bar not bar top. Explains why we didn't get waited on I guess. Didn't care to stay. There was plenty of seating available. Have enjoyed their food before. Service is always dicey.
